1. Controller
The controller is ⟦First name LAST NAME⟧ (BideoGemu), publisher of the site. Contact for any data-related request: show e-mail.
2. Data we process
| Data | Source | Purpose · legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Twitch account: Twitch ID, display name, email, avatar | Twitch sign-in (OAuth) | Create/operate your account · performance of the contract (Terms) |
| Third-party tokens/keys: YouTube refresh token, StreamLabs, TipeeeStream, StreamElements, NineStore (stored encrypted) | Provided/authorised by you | Connect the sources you choose · your consent |
| Activity events: viewer usernames (subs/cheers/donations), amounts, dates | Third-party platforms (at your request) | Compute added time, stats and goals · performance of the contract / legitimate interest |
Technical: session cookie, mercureAuthorization cookie (real-time) | Site usage | Authentication & real-time overlay · strictly necessary |
Theme preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not in a
cookie. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Recipients
Data is accessible to the publisher and its hosting provider (⟦host name⟧). When you enable a connection, data is exchanged with the relevant platform (Twitch, Google/YouTube, StreamLabs, TipeeeStream, StreamElements, Ko-fi, NineStore) according to your choices. We do not sell your data.
4. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Twitch, Google) may process data outside the EU; such transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards published by those providers (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Activity events are kept to provide your session history until you delete them or your account. Tokens are deleted when you disconnect a source. You can request full deletion at any time.
6. Security
Third-party tokens/keys are stored encrypted; access goes over HTTPS. We apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability. Exercise them at show e-mail. You may also lodge a complaint with the French authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
8. Viewer data
Usernames coming from your stream events are processed to operate your timer/goals. As the streamer, you act as the controller towards your own community for the public display you choose; Marathon Timer only processes these data to provide the service to you.
